An order placed on a business day is packed for the next UPS pickup. An order placed on a weekend or a US federal holiday ships the next business day. Packing questions go through the contact form. Customer service answers Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific.
Standard delivery to the contiguous United States is included in the price. Where that delivery goes, and where it does not, is in delivery is included.
UPS or freight
Parcel orders ship with UPS. The estimate for that included service is 5–7 business days after the order ships. That date is UPS's estimate, not a promised arrival day.
Some oversized equipment goes by freight instead of a parcel carrier. If an order needs freight, we contact you before it leaves and confirm any extra freight cost. The full rules are on the shipping page.
Tracking
When the order ships, we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout. You can also look it up on Track order with the order ID, the Stripe receipt number, the checkout email, or the phone number.
A tracking number that does not move on the day it is created is still in the carrier's handoff. Give it the next business day, then write through the contact form with the order number if it still has not scanned.
