Standard delivery to the contiguous United States is included in the listed price. There is no free-shipping threshold and no added shipping line for a standard shipment inside that area. Delivery to Canada is quoted from live carrier rates at checkout.

This store ships to street addresses in the contiguous United States and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and other international addresses are not available at checkout.

Some oversized equipment may need freight instead of a parcel carrier. If that applies to your order, we contact you before it ships and confirm any extra freight cost. We do not charge that cost without telling you first.

Parcel orders ship with UPS.

Orders placed on a business day are packed for the next UPS pickup. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays ship the next business day. Delivery dates are estimates from UPS, not a guaranteed arrival day.

When the order ships, we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout. You can also look it up on Track order with the order ID, Stripe receipt number, checkout email, or phone.

If a package arrives damaged or a part is missing, use the contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the carton and the item. We replace the item or refund it.
