Privacy policy

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Shipping and billing addresses
• Order contents, order ID, and Stripe payment reference (card numbers stay with Stripe)
• Messages you send through the contact form or order-tracking lookup
• Basic site logs such as browser type and pages requested

• Charge the order, pack it, and send tracking
• Look up an order when you use Track order
• Reply to contact-form and return requests
• Prevent fraud and meet tax and accounting rules
• Measure which pages are visited, using Google Analytics

We do not sell customer lists. Payment card data is processed by Stripe. Shipping labels and tracking are processed by the carrier (UPS) and Shippo. Cloudflare may process the connection to protect the site, including the Turnstile check on contact and tracking forms.

Order and payment records are kept for the period required for taxes, warranties, and disputes. Contact messages are kept long enough to finish the request and any follow-up. You can ask us to correct or delete account details that we are not required to retain.

The store sets a cookie so the cart stays with your browser. We do not use that cookie for advertising. You can clear it in the browser; the cart will be empty afterward. Google Analytics may set its own cookies to count visits. Google’s policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
