Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in the cart at the prices shown. We accept the order when payment succeeds. We may cancel an order if a price was posted in error, the part is out of stock, or the payment is flagged as fraud. If we cancel, the charge is refunded to the original payment method.

You agree to give a deliverable address and a working email or phone number. Prices are in US dollars and include standard delivery to the contiguous United States. Delivery to Canada is available and priced at checkout, as described on the shipping page.

We sell pool equipment and replacement parts. Fit depends on the equipment already installed. Specifications on a product page come from the manufacturer listing we stock. Check the model before you order, or ask us through the contact form.

Big Pool Parts is an independent retailer. We are not Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Waterway, Zodiac, Polaris, or Sta-Rite, and we are not sponsored or endorsed by those companies. Brand names are used to identify the genuine products we resell.

Delivery timing is an estimate. Carrier delays are outside our control. Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 50% restocking fee applies, and you pay return shipping. Details are on the returns policy. Opened chemicals and installed equipment are not returnable except when defective. Wrong, damaged, or defective items are refunded or replaced without the restocking fee.

You may browse the catalog and place an order for your own use or for a job you are installing. You may not copy the catalog, scrape prices, or interfere with checkout. Photos and page text are owned by us or used with permission. Trademarks stay with their owners.

Pool equipment must be installed to the manufacturer’s instructions and to local code. We are not liable for installation, water damage, or lost use that comes from how a part is installed. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow that limit.
